You can believe the worst about Banfield all the complaints are on the mark They had at one a time a couple of very good vets. The one did so well for the Cherry eye my pup had when I first brought them there that it's impossible to remember which eye it was. All the goof vets have fled the place. They are way more concerned virtual signalling what political causes they support than your pet. And yea just try to drop a contract and see what happens.

I recently moved from the area, but utilized this Banfield Pet Hospital for roughly 4 years. I normally don’t go out of my way to write reviews, but the amount of care and love my pets (dog/cat) have received from the Banfield team over the years is truly remarkable. You cannot put a price on your love for your pets, and the peace of mind you have from knowing your pets will be taken care of. Thank you to the entire staff here at the Petsmart Banfield in Abingdon, MD for your outstanding service and care for my pets! We will miss you all!

Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
