  30 years ago i looked for a second opinion for my injured dog. Was told leg amputation was needed. That was boston rd animal hospital. Found eastfield and took my dog there 2 weeks later dog showed major improvements. Eastfield became our vet. 1 year ago had a dog needed uthenization. Old age. Got to eastfield. Warm reception. Cold dealings with doctors. Very un empathetic. 6 months prior we got a new family memeber and brought to eastfield.first set of shots. All went good. Now we sit at 2 yrs since first visit, no call or mail referring to dogs second set of shots. Rabies expired now have to start over. When did money become more important than an animals well being. Have to look for new vet. Your being concerned with bottom line is gonna grow if you have no clients and people wont bring their furry family to you. Thats all your doing cause ill be damned if your not gonna treat my family as if were You own which was my whole reason for switching and even the following questions reflect more on money than care of my family member.

  Been going here for 25yrs was always great with dr Bob. and now new owner prices are crazy .service is decreasing . Had to leave there today with my dog cause they surprised me with a crazy bill $1400 for cleaning teeth.

  I've been going here for many many years with Dr. Shurtleff. Unfortunately, he passed away. Wonderful man in so many ways. Dr Armstrong took over and to be completely honest, I was nervous. We have had three appointments with Dr Armstrong, and I'm happy to share that she is amazing. You can tell she loves animals, that her heart is in it just like Dr. Bob. She has also started an urgent care service, which we all know was desperately needed for this area. We are happy and excited that we can continue to go to Eastfield. The staff has always been amazing to work with.

  Dr. Armstrong is truly amazing. I’ve met many veterinarians over the years, and you can immediately tell she genuinely cares—she’s a true animal person. I trust her completely with decisions and always feel supported, even through the difficult moments that come with having pets. She saved our baby, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
