I’ve been going to this location since I bought my dog, my first experience was terrible, I explicitly told them my dog couldn’t take two shots at the same time because I was told by the previous dog owner he couldn’t take it, even though I told them, they gave him two shots, which lead him to an allergic reaction, where he started to vomiting and we almost lost him, they had to reverse the shot effect by giving him meds and IV. I kept bringing him there because I wanted to give them a second chance, didn’t have any more problems, until last week, for his annual visit, they put him under to do a dental cleaning, few hours after I received a call saying they needed to extract two of his teeth that was not covered by the insurance, I declined the service. When I picked up my dog, they never mentioned they had done the extraction, which I found out a few days after because my groomer noticed the missing and healing teeth. Kobe wasn’t eating and it was acting up and we didn’t know why, of course, he was in pain, and the vet never mentioned they had done such a thing. I called them and they had the guts to say his teeth has never developed, luckily I have pictures, they should at least own their error, and apologize. Never going back again and told all my friends to transfer from there. They should not be taking care of dogs if they don’t care for them.

Very unprofessional, no sympathy, simply cruel, my dog was very sickly and the women at the front desk was VIAL i have been going to banfield for years and i wont be returning because of how disgusting that women’s behavior was, apparently after talking to friends taylors attitude has also stopped them from coming to this location specifically, sad to see as we use to love this location.
