It was the first time visiting a veterinarian with Noni. From the receptionist, to the veterinary assistant and the veterinarian. All was very positive helpful and caring. I think even my cat Noni agrees. She seemed calm and content after we came home. I will definitely be coming to Wachusett animal hospital for my pets health needs. ❤️

Wachusett Animal hospital has been my go to hospital for years. When I moved back to the area I immediately went back to them as my cat's main vet office.
Their regular clinic where we take our cats for their annual check ups is always amazing. They helped us wrangle 3 cats in the same day for our most recent yearly wellness exam without a problem. They take the time to answer any and all questions I have no matter how silly they may be.
Their urgent care clinic is also amazing. We have seen Dr Padovano twice. Once we brought our cat Lana in who we thought just had some arthritis pain that was changing her behavior. Dr.Padovano did a thorough exam and found that she was actually much more sick than we anticipated and helped ensure we knew what to do next. Thanks to Dr Padovano we knew to take Lana to tufts for more intensive care so that she was not suffering.
We also brought our most recent addition, Sammy, to the urgent care clinic for an upper respiratory infection. Because of my recent experience thinking that my recently passed cat was just arthritic, and ended up being cancer, I had a lot of anxiety around downplaying any kind of illness. I was happy when I saw Dr. Padovano come through the door to check in on our little guy. Thankfully, it was just the kitty cold we thought it was and she sent us off with some medication and less worries.
The rest of the staff is amazing as well. When I call I am always treated with kindness, respect and empathy. It means a lot as a pet owner who tends to have a lot of anxiety around the health of our pets. Knowing that there is a hospital nearby that is staffed with smart, talented and kind employees at every level is such a relief.
