NOW SHE SHIVERS ALL THE TIME BECAUSE THEY DID WHAT THEY WANTED AND NOT WHAT WAS ASKED OF THEM AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR DOING WHAT THEY WANTED NOT WHAT WAS ASKED OF THEM. ALSO CUTTING OF THE NAILS WAS INCLUDED AND THEY CHARGED ME SEPERATED FOR THAT. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF AN ELDERLY WOMAN WHICH WAS MY MOTHER.
