  Too dishonest, they do not provide certifications of authorized personnel to perform grooming, my dog had his hair cut in areas where my wife did not authorize, our dog is an animal support dog because my wife suffers from anxiety and depression that's why her psychologist recommended us to have Yeiko... It is really frustrating how badly they work and the answer they gave us, also the fact that they delete or hide the reviews shows the lack of empathy and responsibility

  Pésima experiencia, literalmente no saben seguir instrucciones además no son pulidos con los cortes Yeiko quedó todo trasquilado y tiene la piel irritada para eso lo hubiera hecho en casa y hubiera quedado mejor, súper irresponsables que experiencia tan desagradable. Súper costoso y no dan garantías de nada.

  Hey! I just checked Yeiko and respectfully I very sad what you guys did to my dog. I said to the beginning, I just want to him get cut his private parts and his nails... at any part or moment I mentioned to cut down the entire area, which is terrible cut. His ears are bad, his paws are really bad cut, his hair is completely gone on his belly area. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional of you guys. And also it’s still wet when I clarified from the beginning that please dry it well, the money was not a problem and that’s why I paid the extra to receive a good service... you told me that it took 2 to 3 hours and you did everything in 60 min? I just want to clarify I would never come back to this store, this completely sad and unacceptable

  I’ve been bringing my dog here for bath & brushing and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The groomer always does an amazing job. my dog comes out looking clean, comfortable, and better than ever. You can tell they truly care about the dogs and pay attention to every detail. A special shout-out to jaslima at the front desk. She’s always warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She remembers us, treats my dog with so much kindness, and makes every visit easy and pleasant.
