- JGjess gonzalez4 days ago1.0I used to be a loyal customer at this specific location solely because of the compassion and exceptional care Denise and Hayra provided for my last dog. He was a blind/deaf old guy that they went above and beyond for. Unfortunately, this place has gone extremely downhill since some of the staff has turned over. If you are looking for anything resembling an easy booking experience, go anywhere else. Reaching them by phone requires multiple attempts if they even decide to return your call. I should have turned around as soon as I walked in. Aside from a filthy lobby with multiple dried puddles of urine on the floor, unleashed dogs are easily able to run to the front to customers waiting to be helped. For an establishment that proudly shares their elevated safety measures, constant supervision and fear-free approaches, I would love to know why my dog was limping when we were going back to my car and the most skittish and upset I've ever seen her. Despite calling and booking specifically with one groomer that I knew I trusted since Denise and Hayra left (to ensure something like that would not happen), my dog was given to someone else. It makes me wonder how well trained and knowledgeable their bathers and groomers really are.
