The groomer always does an amazing job. my dog comes out looking clean, comfortable, and better than ever. You can tell they truly care about the dogs and pay attention to every detail. A special shout-out to jaslima at the front desk. She’s always warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She remembers us, treats my dog with so much kindness, and makes every visit easy and pleasant.

This company and location specifically are so negligent that there is absolutely no way to tell if their employees are actually handling the dogs responsibly since they DO NOT have cameras installed. After picking up my dog from her appointment, she left with a limp that has only gotten worse. How rough do you have to handle my dog just to clip her nails to cause her to not be able to put weight on her leg? After speaking with corporate they were dishonest in telling me the cameras were off that day, when in fact this location doesn't even have them installed. What a LIABILITY (and how unacceptable) to not have any kind of video record/oversight of animals and their handling. There is absolutely no way for these people to prove that they weren't hit, mishandled, involved in an altercation, ignored, etc. Quite honestly with all of this I would be embarrassed as a groomer or a business owner. It is concerning to me the lack of training these dog handlers must have if this establishment is okay with not having cameras. Take your dogs elsewhere
