  I’ve been bringing my dog here for bath & brushing and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The groomer always does an amazing job. my dog comes out looking clean, comfortable, and better than ever. You can tell they truly care about the dogs and pay attention to every detail. A special shout-out to jaslima at the front desk. She’s always warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She remembers us, treats my dog with so much kindness, and makes every visit easy and pleasant.

  If you care at all about your animal's safety, go literally anywhere else. This company and location specifically are so negligent that there is absolutely no way to tell if their employees are actually handling the dogs responsibly since they DO NOT have cameras installed. After picking up my dog from her appointment, she left with a limp that has only gotten worse. How rough do you have to handle my dog just to clip her nails to cause her to not be able to put weight on her leg? After speaking with corporate they were dishonest in telling me the cameras were off that day, when in fact this location doesn't even have them installed. What a LIABILITY (and how unacceptable) to not have any kind of video record/oversight of animals and their handling. There is absolutely no way for these people to prove that they weren't hit, mishandled, involved in an altercation, ignored, etc. Quite honestly with all of this I would be embarrassed as a groomer or a business owner. It is concerning to me the lack of training these dog handlers must have if this establishment is okay with not having cameras. Take your dogs elsewhere

  Gave clear instructions on leaving the top of my dog's head long but ended up picking up a dog with everything cut down. No sense in raising a stink with others waiting in the store, but can't recommend.

  I have nothing but good things to say about Splash and Dash! Every time I walk in, Denise always greets us with a smile and she's always incredibly nice to us! Prior to bringing my dog, Daisy, here, she was constantly getting eye and skin infections whenever I brought her home from her previous groomer and I always thought it was allergies. She's been coned for almost 2 years to prevent licking. When I finally made the switch to Splash and Dash, Daisy's coat has never looked better AND she has zero signs of skin/eye infections! She's been at peace and cone free for a whole month now!! It's great to see how passionate and caring Denise and the groomers are and I always feel at ease knowing that I'm leaving my fur baby in the best hands! Hands down 10/10 amazing service!
