The place is amazing, front desk staff are very nice and kind, they also had treats for my baby which she and I really appreciated, but the vet was a different story. I explained how my cat was going to be thrown on the street if I hadn’t taken her in, and so she was very unplanned and my budget was limited. I solely made the appointment to spay her and will be treating her behavioral problems when I am financially able to do so. The judgmental looks I got from her were from another planet. She inquired about why I didn’t go to a low cost vet, and I explained how the wait times are so long that I can’t wait anymore and my cat’s heat is affecting my own physical and mental health. She argued that it’s impossible for my cat to be in heat, which is not as she does the exact thing a female cat in heat would do (I did my research). She kept arguing with me, despite me explaining many times that yes I am not a vet, but I know what heat looks like, and I am unable to treat the behavioral problems until I treat the thing that caused this problem to begin with. The argument lasted for 30 minutes. There was lot of judgement regarding my finances during this time, and the kind of food I feed my cat, which was approved by another vet and matches my limited budget. When they quoted me for the spay, it was $1,500 more than what I was quoted on the phone and a lot more expensive than my budget, which did not seem very professional. I left feeling very humiliated and that doing my best was not good enough. Would never step a foot there again.

Unfortunately, as I saw many comments saying "it is all money oriented", it is true - this place is money oriented and nothing else. Prices are also a bit higher than anywhere else I had been so far.

The veterinarian was very kind and professional, but the front desk and billing process were extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I was initially charged the wrong amount, and when I tried to clarify it, they insisted they hadn’t received any payment from me, even though I could see the transaction right on my bank statement. The way the conversation went made me feel like they were implying I was trying to pull something or scam them, which was uncomfortable and honestly insulting. After going back and forth with them for several minutes, I ended up waiting around 40 minutes just to pay the difference on a charge they had already processed. I wasn’t even planning on leaving a review until I later discovered they charged my account again for the same visit. The vet herself was very nice, but the billing and front desk staff made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. I’d recommend double checking your receipts and bank statements if you choose to go here.
