I love bringing my cats here! The team is kind and attentive. The doctors are very communicative and help me clearly understand my options for treatment. Will continue to visit in the future :)

We had a great visit today in the sense that they answered all our questions, they were incredibly loving and cuddly with our scared and sick feeling cat- unfortunately she might be having either a kidney infection or kidney disease, which we would hate to think of her having but we are just glad we trusted our guts today and that bond vet was available to see us same day- the exam fee was free, but the other care was expensive but not horrifically expensive. Our 2 cats have been pretty healthy the last 6 years so for this to be the first major sick visit beyond just shots and a check up when they need them, I still think we are coming out ahead ! Dr. Pavlova was great, the nurse/vet tech was great, everyone was nightly professional but also personable. I trust them with my sweet baby and now we know where to go if anything else happens/

Dr Pavlova is amazing! I came in for a second opinion after I visited a VCA and was sad and scared by the lack of information they gave me.I was basically a blubbering mess and the entire care team could not have been kinder, warmer or more informative. They were clear with their information, let me know exactly what they thought was going on with my cat and provided a clear plan forward. Seriously Dr Pavlova is an absolute angel and I couldn’t be more happy with my experience

Just wasted my time scheduling an appointment to have my cat neutered to get all the way there for staff to tell me they don’t do those services. I took public transportation here. Could’ve saved me an hour of Travel by putting on the website that you don’t do spay and neuter service at this location. It seems you have to be the right complexion to get a positive experience from these people. What’s more sad is that instead of trying to learn from this moment they chose to double down even further and completely LIE about an exchange making false allegations that inappropriate language was used but it was the heavy set staff member who immediately greeted me with rolling eyes and snarky responses to innocent inquiries and now want to complain when she was simply met with reciprocated energy. It’s actually quite disgusting how the entire staff and owner handled this but in a city and state known for being “Georgia of the north” it’s not surprising I received this type of blatant discrimination and RACISM. I hope NOBODY black or brown comes to this place for service just how they like it.
