The mice were running on poop covered wheels, the guinea pigs had a layer of poop stuck to the bottom of the cage. Nasty. Poor animals. I ended up at PetSmart for my hamster. Much cleaner. Those cages need to be cleaned and scrubbed or the animals will get sick.

I waited 20 minutes and finally someone comes out of the back room and tells me I have to reschedule because it was the end of my appointment time. If I could give zero stars I would. The male vet with the long black hair seemed lazy and when I said how long i was waiting he completely ignored me and said nothing about it. Never coming back here
