I requested written prescriptions for heartworm meds and was told they would be emailed to me, they never came. I called Vetco customer service only to be told that there was nothing they could do, that I have to return to the clinic to request the scripts. So now I have to wait until next weekend and make the trip back to the site. they did not offer any discount or compensation for their misinformation and my time. Very poor customer service! Looks like I'll go to my regular Vet in the future...
