Lisa was absolutely RUDE on the phone while I was asking her questions about the grooming services. I was never rude or disrespectful to her in anyway to warrant that kind of behavior, I asked why she was being rude, and she said because I was taking too long on the phone, and so I checked the time 2:32 seconds. When I asked her name she hung up the phone, and called back and she finally told me her name and hung up. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I no longer feel comfortable bringing my pup there due to the hostility I had experienced over the phone.
