We recently adopted our bird, Tilly, who came with the 30-day health guarantee. Shortly after bringing her home, I noticed she had an upset stomach and immediately called the store. Robin answered and patiently walked me through what can be normal when bringing a new bird home vs. what to watch for. She encouraged me to call back if things didn’t improve, which gave me so much reassurance! A couple days later, I still wasn’t comfortable, so they advised me to bring Tilly in. When I arrived, Kathy was there and personally explained the entire process and assured me Tilly would be well cared for. And she meant it. Kathy actually took Tilly to the vet herself the same day! Throughout the entire time Tilly was being monitored, I received consistent updates. Anytime I called, both Robin and Kathy were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. Our family missed Tilly terribly, but we truly felt she was in the best possible hands. They didn’t just follow policy — they genuinely cared. You can tell they love their animals and their customers. That level of compassion is rare, and it made a stressful situation so much easier. I will forever recommend this store. Robin and Kathy are absolute gems, and I’m so grateful for the care they gave our little Tilly. 🐦💛
