If using rewards,and happen that you have to return the item you bought for any reason. You do not get the refund in full, just part of it. If I get some rewards because I spent money. I should be able to benefit from it regardless what I do with it. Other than that. Perfect place to shop.

I spoke to someone who said they only clean the tank twice a week and that someone was told about it yesterday but nothing has been done about getting him antibiotics or treatment. First of all he shouldn’t be in a tank and second they should be cleaning the cage twice a day, not twice a week. There was a buildup of poop and it looked terrible. This guinea pig probably won’t make it through the night and can’t breath properly. He was obviously suffering, puffed up with watery eyes. I’m absolutely sickened by this and sat in my car and cried because it upset me so much. I won’t be shopping at Petco anymore.

Three ferrets enclosed with so much old and new fecal matter, obviously from sick animals, there are flies inside the enclosure. Two large “adoptable” guinea pigs in a ten gallon fish tank at the back of the store on an endcap. Not even enough room for them to turn around.
