The manager Emily was amazing from the day we adopted a surrendered beardie we named Zorro to present day! She always did her best to answer our questions and we felt confident in her opinions! All the staff is very friendly and helpful as well

Be careful coming here if you have a puppy! The outside is almost always littered with cigarettes dropped by one of the employees pretty sure it might even be the Store Manager doing it. Not only is littering illegal, puppies will eat almost anything on the ground and when you go inside its an absolute mess... silica packets are often on the ground which are very bad for dogs to ingest and the floor is always coated with dog urine, someone needs to step in and get that store together judging by how dirty the inside is those animals in their care are probably in danger from improper caretaking.

You can tell he works hard and truly cares about customers—efficient, patient, and always smiling, even during a busy moment. Jeff is a real asset to this store and made my visit memorable.
