  ‼️SERVICE INCOMPLETE‼️ I took my dog and got the strawberry package. They don’t know how to treat first time guests and he did not get all his nails cut 🙄

  The manager Jeff is unprofessional. I bought a bag of Purina proplan and it had bugs in it. I brought my container to the store. He said it happens all the time and it’s Normal it may happen all the time but it’s not necessarily normal. They checked multiple other mags and it was the same issue. They ended up breaking my container and offered me 20% off one of theirs instead of replacing it. They did not offer me a refund, coupons or rewards. The other staff were great and apologetic but the manager however was not AT ALL! Honestly pretty disappointed and I won’t be going back to this store because of it. Hire better managers Petco… for your customers sake..

  Such pleasant staff and for the most part had what I needed although they didn’t carry one of the dog foods for ordered on line to go pick up at the store - a weight management (wet food) that I wanted to try for my overweight yorkie. I will have to go somewhere else. But I definitely do recommend PetCo! Love shopping there!
