She was all patched, right now she's all messed up and pretty sure she is feeling down because she hasn't been the same. This was our usual place for grooming, and now we have to look for another place.

I was grooming at home but due to a neck injury it has become very painful for me to bathe my dog. After this wonderful experience I will no longer put myself through the agony of lifting my pup in and out of the tub. We will be returning monthly for grooming from here on out!

My only complaint is that I was told a couple of hours- for just a bath, and would call me when my pup was done. I waited 2.5 hours and didn’t get a call, checked the app and the appt was marked completed so I went in, and he was ready. I would have preferred a call or at least know that I’m can check the app for a status so he doesn’t have to sit in a crate longer than needed. And the Customer Service via phone (not the store) is absolutely awful and useless. I’ve had 4 grooming appts since June and only one is reflected on my punch out card, the CSR told me to call the groomer which is confusing since I was called Petco…and offered no other assistance, I got a separate review request for him and I did give him a bad one.
