The manager Jeff is unprofessional. I bought a bag of Purina proplan and it had bugs in it. I brought my container to the store. He said it happens all the time and it’s Normal it may happen all the time but it’s not necessarily normal. They checked multiple other mags and it was the same issue. They ended up breaking my container and offered me 20% off one of theirs instead of replacing it. They did not offer me a refund, coupons or rewards. The other staff were great and apologetic but the manager however was not AT ALL! Honestly pretty disappointed and I won’t be going back to this store because of it. Hire better managers Petco… for your customers sake..

Such pleasant staff and for the most part had what I needed although they didn’t carry one of the dog foods for ordered on line to go pick up at the store - a weight management (wet food) that I wanted to try for my overweight yorkie. I will have to go somewhere else. But I definitely do recommend PetCo! Love shopping there!

Store was clean and staff was friendly. We were there for Dubia roaches, although we were disappointed with what they had for the roaches/ the quality. We met Walter, an employee there who is extremely knowledgeable about reptiles. He was a pleasure to speak to and will be the reason we return to this store specifically! Thank you, Walter!

When I returned this bag of Purina Pro Plan due to what I saw, the clerk actually told me that they have been having issues with Purina dog food....why didn't I know that before hand? And, if this is happening and food is contaminated, why has nothing been done about it. I also went over to Petco in Auburn and discovered a very vocal employee who told me that they have definitely had an issue with the Purina....why would you sell a product you know could be contaminated 😲 i than spoke to Purina peep who states they know nothing about this issue and either a warehouse issue or petco issue..Purina offers me coupons for free food...you must be crazy. My dog will never eat Purina again. And Petco, absolutely shame on you. So wrong.....
