We went to get our dogs second set of shots and they of course upsold us on all the shots in one big deal and a bunch of extra things and micro chipping. So we bought all of it and paid for all of it, His 2nd round of shots went good but afterwards he had tenderness for a few hours, well here we are trying to get his prepaid 3rd round of shots, rabies shots, and microchiping and because he had a normal side effect they refused to see him, and told us to call customer service. We now have to wait 2 weeks to see if we even get approved for a refund and even worst our dog now has to wait longer to get these important vaccines. What type of vet turns a pup away for having something they list under normal side effects. I strongly suggest you keep your animals as far away from these people as possible cause it doesn't seem they really care as much about your animals as you do.
