    A lot of the shred cat food was available, but hardly any pate my kitty cats like the Purina pro plan and they do like the pate more not much availability on the pate more of a shred

    Went today your store on sunday 11-09-25 at about 11am on Boston rd spfld with my elderly uncle he wanted to purchase a bird when we made contact with the manager Krystal she was very uninviting with an attitude and dropping eff bombs lound and very unprovek what so ever I will never go back to pet co. If they have people like her that representing them..she should be ashamed yelling at my elderly uncle who just wanted to buy bird, she should be terminated you dont act and talk to customers in taht way especially when we were not even rude to you.

    Iam feeding 3 homeless cats that live in my backyard. The woman at the register helped me find some food for them. She was very helpful. I will be back

    I believe I rated this place a year ago or so...and it was, unfortunately, no change. We had made a pre-order and we still waited around 10 minutes for our products that were right behind the counter, within arms reach, but the service clerk was so slow in getting logged in for her shift. I'm a very patient person, but for this to have happened twice, the only 2 times I've ever gone here is quite ironic. Still unsatisfied with this Petco. Only thing positive was that they had what I needed. Negative was, I had to wait a while to get it...All-in-all, not that bad, I guess, since I'm patient. Lol.

    I came this Petco many times before and got my cat vaccinated I came here today for his rabies and there was 2 lady one is from Boston and one is from Connecticut which is not from the area and they said he was showing little aggression which is not that much and they didn’t have enough equipment like gloves and stuff and they just sent me back without doing nothing waste of time and money never ever again. Better to avoid it
