I take my dog for vaccinations. And when I arrived there his paw was bleeding because he has a medical condition. I was trying to explain to the staff members what was going on. The lady in the front desk was very rude and didn't put any attention on what I was saying and the doctor in charge just said yes, yes, yes.
I explain her everything and she told me my dog can't get the vaccinations because he needs the problem with the paws solve first. I listen to her with respect and said that I was agreed.
The next day the police was at my house because they called them. WhTF, I was with my baby and my 6 years old, he begin crying as crazy because he thought the police will take his dog away from us. I spoke with the officer explain him everything and showed him the evidence of my dogs condition and he left my house with out inconvenience. That was very unnecessary 😒 and unprofessional from them. If I can I give them 0 stars
