  I have been being my dog there monthly for over a year and she loves it there! She’s never loved going to the groomer before, Heather who manages the salon is amazing and kimly is her groomer, Kimly does a great job!

  I brought my dog Nico in today and I absolutely loved the experience. I’ve taken him to grooming many times before, but he has never looked this good. He came out even better than I imagined, happy, playful, and his grooming was truly perfect, exactly how I asked. He looked so clean, smelled amazing, and you can tell the work was done with a lot of care. I’m so happy with the result and I will definitely be coming back!

  This review is not about the quality of grooming specifically but feedback about the actual experience. I usually come to this location and typically have a good experience with the grooming. This latest time however, was pretty off putting. Echoing another review from below, the lady in the front had her dog with her and the dog was roaming the front area where we check in etc. The dog is clearly dog aggressive and I can't understand why allowing a dog aggressive dog to roam around off leash in a DOG GROOMING salon is ok? My dog and I were standing outside waiting to be let in and saw the front lady's dog standing on the inside of the door growling at my dog and snapping at him. I was already one edge seeing this. At one point, before the lady came to grab him after seeing us waiting there, he lunged at the door and was snapping and growling aggressively before she came and picked him up. She acted like it was totally normal and put him inside in a crate but I was already pretty put off from that experience. Fast forward to when I went to pick him up, myself and another dog owner were waiting to pay + check out and she let her dog out to roam while were there. He proceeded to bark loudly and persistently at us with his hackles up and didn't stop until the front desk person reprimanded him. it's REALLY not a good look for this location. When she went to go grab our dogs after, the other lady asked me how this was normal and ok to have this dog hovering and barking around us. She also stated she felt nervous and probably was not going to come back to this location because of it. I agreed with her. I love splash and dash and will continue to go to the other location in burlington but probably won't be coming back to the assembly one.

  We love splash & dash and our dog, Islay, does too! The staff is so kind and courteous and you can tell they love our dog!

  I’m really disappointed with my experience here. When I walked in, the woman at the front had her own dog there. That wouldn’t normally be an issue, but the dog was growling at my dog when we arrived. Also, that dog peed on me as I was standing there checking in… When I came back to pick him up after his haircut, they opened the back door and my dog ran out toward me. As he was coming toward me, the dog that sits up front ran after him and started nipping/biting at him multiple times. This happened right in front of the staff, and nothing was done about it. I said, “Your dog is biting my dog, I would be careful,” and there was no response or effort to separate the dogs. That made me extremely uncomfortable. I’ve taken my dog to two other groomers and both have said he’s very well-behaved. He typically just sits calmly and lets the groomer do their job. He’s usually happy walking into grooming appointments. This was the first time I noticed he seemed uncomfortable right away walking in. One of the most important parts of this review is how bad his haircut turned out. He is a poodle with fluffy hair, and the cut looks extremely uneven with random spots all over him. It does not look clean, blended, or professionally done. It honestly looks botched. I specifically asked for more taken off around his face and tail, and that wasn’t done. He left looking messy and poorly groomed, which is very upsetting. When I asked how he did, I was told, “He did all right,” which didn’t inspire confidence, and based on the result, that makes sense. Between the safety concerns and the poor quality of the grooming, I won’t be returning. I hope they take safety and the quality of their work more seriously moving forward.
