Even after moving from Swansea to Bridgewater I chose to continue bringing them here because I have always been very satisfied with the care. From the front desk staff to the doctors, everyone has been wonderful. I’ve worked with Tracy from the front desk many times and she is always extremely pleasant (as is the entire team). The doctors are knowledgeable, kind and thorough. They consistently make sure all concerns are addressed and they often follow up after visits just to check in on how my dogs are doing. They are truly great with animals. If a dog is nervous or anxious, they are patient, accommodating and gentle. They genuinely care.
