- ANalejandra novoaFeb 20, 20261.0Yesterday I took my pet for grooming and a bath. Unfortunately, I am almost sure that she was not bathed and was only groomed. When I picked her up, I didn’t notice right away, but as soon as I got into my car, I realized that her ears were still dirty and she did not smell like she had just been bathed. The grooming job was also very poor. She was left almost completely shaved, with no real haircut or style—just passed over with the machine. I paid $86 for this service, which is completely unjustified for the quality I received. On top of that, the customer service was very disappointing. The staff was not friendly at all, and after they asked me for a tip and I decided not to leave one, their attitude became even worse. I am very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this place. I expected professional service and received the opposite.

She was able to get her teeth brushed and ears cleaned, and kept Ellie calm! Kat made ellie feel comfortable, worked quickly, and was just so good to her. We will be back for a bath soon and will definitely keep coming back to Kat. Great services and great prices. Highly recommend!
