Sam is a sweetheart and very kind. Amy is sweet, knowledgeable and efficient in giving my puppy shit shots. Thank you all for such a lovely visit! 🙏🏾
- DCDelaney ColsonJan 22, 20241.0We just had the WORST experience at Vetco in Shrewsbury and will never be returning. We booked an appointment for our dog who has had an ear rash two weeks in advance (there was no availability to come in before then). We confirmed the appointment via text the night before and received a text that said our appointment is confirmed. When we arrived at the appointment as scheduled, we were promptly told we didn’t confirm 24 hours in advance so they gave the appointment to someone else. We showed the man at the front desk our confirmation texts and talked to the vet and were met with hostile attitudes from everyone we interacted with. She talked down to us saying “they didn’t have time to sit around and wait for late confirmations.” We could not even get one word in once the Vet tried to gaslight us into believing we did not confirm our appointment. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we’ve had appointment issues at this location. It seems as if every time we make an appointment we can never be seen by the vet, or must wait weeks to even get in. We will never be returning to Vetco at any a location.

We will be going back it was a nice experience. I'm also not an easy customer when it comes to my dogs, I think they sensed this and made me feel comfortable. Anne was great and so was Dr Rice. Thank you guys !!!
