I was trying to call as a courtesy to let them know I’d be late for my appointment and no one answered after 7 tries so now I’m not even going because I don’t even know if my pet will be seen. Their services are amazing - however their customer service, I guess not so much.

The staff was very helpful and kind and when I called Susan got me in right away and was very pleasent to deal with as well as Dr Rice. They took good care of Daisy and had her feeling better quickly. I would definitely recommend this hospital if you are looking for a place to bring your pet.
