    The grooming itself was fine. I would gladly go back. But I had other issues and I felt like they were treated with disinterest and a lack of compassion. I won’t go into the details, but I was completely shocked at the way the manager handled the situation, or more accurately didn’t even try to handle it and make me a happy customer. I’ll go back but that’s because of the groomer.

    I have been bringing my dog to this location for a year and a half. When I picked him up this time, he was shaking and anxious, which is unusal for him. When we left and I went to put him in the car, I saw that his rear end was covered in poop. I will never go back again.
