The “owner” will respond with the usual generic response of being sorry and they do all they can to give quality care to the animals, blah blah. And to contact them for further assistance 🙄. Anyway, for those who love their animals please do Not go here for their grooming needs! Nor another Petco location. Very overpriced and mediocre quality. Then you’re told there are extra charges due to longer or thicker hair on your animal. No phone call, nothing is discussed prior, no heads up. I think the biggest red flag is when I go and pick up my dog and she’s visibly shaken up and uncomfortable. I was hesitant to write this view but after researching and seeing so many other people with the same complaints and concerns as I have, I feel compelled to inform other animal owners who love their pets! Care and good quality customer service is so incredibly hard to find nowadays. Better to get a machine and cut your animals hair at home. Good luck everyone!

He offered to call the manager. Not wanting to wait , I asked if there was a scanner. There was. Would have been nice had he led with that. Because of the crappy CS, lack of dog toy selection, and the bad lay out of the store, I'll go to Petsmart next time.

How does a vet not see worms all over an animal, it is quite literally their job, and in the name "CHECK UP". If you value your animal, you will stay away from vetco at Petco in Shrewsbury. Disgraceful.
