It also appeared understaffed during a recent visit. When visiting, there are many items you need a staff member to retrieve or assist with. We only saw one worker who seemed overwhelmed assisting others, so after waiting about twenty minutes, we left. It's a shame because with all of the online options today if a customer takes the time to come into the store, it's probably worth the effort to ensure there's at least minimally adequate service available to retain that customer.
