  I normally leave good reviews for this Vetco But as someone who has been going there for over three years and makes their appointments well in advance the fact that they canceled and would not see me because we were nine minutes late is deplorable. I get that you have a policy that states that but sometimes exceptions need to be made. And the fact that the reason that I was given is that by taking someone late it makes their entire schedule late which then would have them work late and Petco doesn’t pay overtime. That makes me think I need to change even where I not only go for my pets care but also where I buy my pets food. While I love the vital care program today’s experience is going to make me think twice about canceling.

  My dog Prince Loves The Staff There In Special when Assistant. They are all so kind. Great Experience. Dr and Assistants is very friendly. Everyone is great people. Thank You

  This location is amazing! I usually go to the Medford location because it’s closer to me (which they are great too) but they do not do spay/neuters so they referred me to Saugus when my cat needed to be spayed. I couldn’t be happier with the care and time they took with me and my girl, as this cat is my heart and I was so sad and worried dropping her off. They assured me she was in good hands and she sure was. After the surgery they made sure to explain directions and answer any of my questions. Also when I got home they answered my questions right away, as I can tend to be a little nervous and neurotic. They also texted each day to check on her and when I couldn’t keep the surgical suit on and was worried about the incision they checked her out for me to make sure everything was good. You can tell they really care about the animals here from the vet, vet techs and receptionist they are really just amazing people and I completely trust them with my girl.
