  We love this petco store. Especially the grooming staff. They are very accommodating and friendly. There is plenty of parking and easy access.

  I use to shop here allot always was welcome with open arms was great...obviously they change all the staff and excuse my language but I never seen so many lazy people in one area in my life ...every employee ! Somebody with glasses i guess he has a special privilege where he can walk pass a customer stand and what admiring the dirty tank ? and see me and pertend im not there .. I was standing in the reef section for almost 25min not one person approach me because no body was in the fish area working there so I received no help and when I start walking around they are all in a group doing the load just laughing so you need everybody in the store just to do a load ? Makes no sense and then I had to wait a few minutes on the register because the person in the register also doing load and the worst part about it all is the fish and animals jesus I this point let me have then so I can rescue them every tank is a mess dirty and fish's either died or sick because the lack of care .... cant even see the fish of how dirty those glasses are full of algae and sometimes when you ask for a fish if there is no sku number they will tell you sorry the person in charge that has the sku numbers left for today ? OK cool thank you for the help I guess .. just a garbage place to be in sorry but do better .

  Percocet 343 Broadway Saugus Mass Terrible customer service rude, ignorant etc I would never go back into that store. Not only ignorant service but nobody even works there
