Taking your pet to the Vet can be stressful but they do an amazing job of making the experience as stress free as possible! Becca, Katie and Dr. Williams are phenomenal, always giving you and your pet their undivided attention, listening to your concerns, coming up with a treatment plan, making sure to explain everything thoroughly and giving your pet the best care possible! I trust them immensely with my fur baby (and I don’t trust her with just anybody!)! They are always on top of things, incredibly knowledgeable and I feel so at peace during and after our appointment! They just want the best for your pet and I feel so comfortable bringing my cat there! Everything is reasonably priced and I am always shown my estimate with everything explained thoroughly! David the manager is great, welcomed us with open arms and signed us up for Vital Care which is well worth it! Everyone there is amazing, going above and beyond and I will absolutely continue to come back for any of my cats needs. I couldn’t recommend Vetco Saugus enough! 5 stars just isn’t enough!!! <3
