I tell my dog we're going to see your friends and she's excited to see them every time. They're a busy location but always worth the wait and worth prebooking appointments with. - SDScout DixieDec 20, 20251.0Just left Vet Co. I had hoped to get a Rabies vaccine for Bella (Great Pyrenees ) A barker. That's what Great Pyrenees do, I'm surprised he had no knowledge of that. I got her during covid so poorly socialized. Made the appointment 8 weeks out so we could have first appointment of day. We saw Dr Richard Williams, who was beyond condescending, pompous, and rude. How an experienced vet can be so fearful of a dog is perplexing. If your afraid, I get it! There is no reason to be so nasty to a client who has been going to the practice for over 6 years. I know he could care less if he loses a client, at his age he is not going to change. Very sad.

I was unable to get him there because I was taking care of my terminally ill fiancé who recently passed. I asked for one refill of Apoquel to get me to the end of the month when the next appointment was available and I could collect myself from his passing. They declined it. My dog gets very sick without it. They told me to go somewhere else. That’s what I want to do is bring my grieving self somewhere else right now. I was told they “legally” couldn’t prescribe the medication. Absolute disgrace. Update: I emailed 2x because Vetco wants to help me. See below. I assure you that they have no desire to do so. Given the timeliness of my situation, I would have thought they would have reached out by now. The automated responses are insulting.
