I usually go to the Medford location because it’s closer to me (which they are great too) but they do not do spay/neuters so they referred me to Saugus when my cat needed to be spayed. I couldn’t be happier with the care and time they took with me and my girl, as this cat is my heart and I was so sad and worried dropping her off. They assured me she was in good hands and she sure was. After the surgery they made sure to explain directions and answer any of my questions. Also when I got home they answered my questions right away, as I can tend to be a little nervous and neurotic. They also texted each day to check on her and when I couldn’t keep the surgical suit on and was worried about the incision they checked her out for me to make sure everything was good. You can tell they really care about the animals here from the vet, vet techs and receptionist they are really just amazing people and I completely trust them with my girl.

I tell my dog we're going to see your friends and she's excited to see them every time. They're a busy location but always worth the wait and worth prebooking appointments with. I highly recommend them to all the dog & cat parents I know. Thank you Saugus vetco for going above and beyond for my fur baby every time 💕
