Since the manager give a hard time for trying to used my rewards that earned after grooming my dog 9 times the ten is free . Them the groomers were ignoring my appointment and even the phone calls when I was trying to book them . They are not professional unfortunately, such a big company was so unprofessional to deal with a customer service . Luckily I find a new place to bring my dog to grooming. And she doesn’t come back scare anymore. Makes me wonder if they were mean to my dog too .
