- PPPhilSep 4, 20251.0We’ve gone here for 4 years or so with our kitty. While many staff members seems to care, unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the culture. They never answer the phone, appointments feel full of upsells, and actual care seems out the window. And definitely don’t call them with anything urgent. It’s a sad day, but we are done with All Creatures.

My experience there has been incredible. From the sign welcoming my pets by name, to the orientation before my first visit, I've been very impressed. They are extremely thorough and well-organized there. One of the things I appreciate the most is their treatment of one of my dogs who is on the anxious side. They do everything they can to help him feel better about the visit, are very gentle during the examination, and really take their time. I also love that they have a punch card program if you spend over a certain amount- nice little perk. Their specialized knowledge of exotic pets has been really helpful with my rabbit, too. Can't say enough good things!
