- SKShereen KajoueeApr 4, 20262.0Friendly staff, but prepare to wait! I finished checking in for my dog’s 11 AM vaccination appointment at 10:53 AM. Around 11:15 AM, I checked with the staff to make sure they hadn’t missed us. They confirmed they hadn’t, and when I asked for an estimate of how backed up the appointments were today, they were unable to provide one. I felt bad for the check-in staff as they were very clearly overwhelmed (though they remained polite and professional throughout). We were finally called back for our appointment at 11:27 AM. The providers were sweet with my pup and the appointment itself was quick and efficient. Just not sure I’d want to go back and wait around with an anxious dog for that long again.

The vet said only one of them had bad teeth. But other than that she gave them shots with not even a peep from either one so thank you
