(Ollie) Out on the floor, so I Always have to have someone get it from the back. I went today to get my dog food and was told that they cannot retrieve anything from the back because they are doing Inventory. I tried explaining that they do not keep this food out on the shelves therefore, the only way to get it is from outback and the manager still refused even though the dog food was in stock. I will be taking my dog somewhere else to be groomed and I will. Not shop from this location again
