- CBCharlie BoydJul 14, 20254.0I arrived the ten minutes before my appointment time as requested and stood around for at least 20 minutes before a staff checked me in. Little to no seating area if numerous people are waiting. Brought my one year old or younger cat in for vaccinations, it got aggressive when the shots were about to be administered to her and the female staff holding her got bit pretty good and the other staff told me that they would have to do the vaccinations another time, which got me quite mad. I did not want to say to them that "just because you can't handle a cat, I need to come back another day" but instead I asked if other cats give them this much problem and one of them told me "No" they are normally very calm. I then told them that I should have brought my work gloves with me because the few days I have owned the cat I know how strong and aggressive she can be. But luckily, the young female staff who checked me in was called in to help because the other staff who got bit started working on something else. And she obviously knew how to handle animals because she took charge over my cat and the other staff was able to give the shots to her. Other then that

Jasmine on the front desk is rude and I wouldn’t recommend a first time dog owner to talk to jasmine as she wouldn’t entertain any questions. They tricked me buying a rabies shot for my dog even though my dog is fully vaccinated for rabies which is good for 3 years. Another incident that happened is that when I booked an appointment they told me I have a free first physical exam but when I walked in, they did charge me for the physical exam and said that they can’t validate that promo anymore.
