After 4.5 hours, I picked up my puppy looking almost the same as when I dropped it off. While it smelled good at first, the scent faded by the evening. I’m not happy with this place and would not recommend it. The groomer also seemed inexperienced, as if it was their first time handling a dog. Below are the photos: the one I provided and the result I received. Beyond disappointed.

Our dog gets a little nippy when he’s anxious, and instead of even trying to work with us, they flat-out refused to groom him. The staff was rude and unfriendly, like they couldn’t be bothered to deal with anything that wasn’t easy for them. It felt like they only want perfectly behaved pets, which is completely ridiculous. Not all pets are going to be perfectly calm, and a grooming place should know how to handle that. They wouldn’t even let us hold him. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
