After 4.5 hours, I picked up my puppy looking almost the same as when I dropped it off. While it smelled good at first, the scent faded by the evening. I’m not happy with this place and would not recommend it. The groomer also seemed inexperienced, as if it was their first time handling a dog. Below are the photos: the one I provided and the result I received. Beyond disappointed.
