- KKKate KochDec 25, 20251.0Took both my dogs for de-furmination bath and brush and was called to pick them up after just 30 minutes. Both dogs were still wet when they brought them out and when I asked of they actually did the de-furmination they insisted that they did (it usually takes much longer). As soon as we got in the car and got home insane amounts of fur came off (this was just after 2 minutes of brushing). Both dogs also ended up smelling like wet dog and I had to take both of them for de-furmination at another place shortly after this and ended up paying for it twice over. I asked customer service for a refund and even showed pictures but they only offered to remove the de-furmination add on charge of 30 per dog. Don’t bring your dogs here awful experience.
