Vetco had a newby who made a mistake and didn't give my fur baby the full amount of his vaccines which in turn caused my fiancé to have to stay back from our vacation because we couldn't use the boarding we had reserved. Yeah...I was pissed to say the least. When I tell you how the manager of Petco(I'm pretty sure they aren't responsible for the Vetco operations), he bent over backwards to try and make it up to me and with such authenticity and sincerity. I believe his name was Zach(or Mark), sorry I was so frazzled, but what a gem of a human. Whoever reads these, that man deserves a raise or a promotion. I saw him handling another customer complaint as well almost simultaneously and he did so expertly and with such a human touch. I can't give him enough praise. PETCO he is what you should model your service after.
