The employees at the Petco store and vets doing the vaccinations are great. The listed vaccination prices are also significantly cheaper than many local veterinary clinics in the Boston area. Just know that once you get on the Petco/Vetco mailing lists, there's no way to remove yourself via their portal or talking to a customer service agent over the phone. I called the support number and asked to be removed from all marketing communications and service reminders (I set the reminders in my calendar). They confirmed they did it and I still got more spam today. The worst part is the vaccination reminders aren't accurate, which is really concerning. The marketing company they use should be replaced because they significantly detract from what has otherwise been generally good service.

I was surprised at how expensive this clinic had become since I last visited.

Brought my dog for her rabies vaccine was told I’d have it emailed the same day which didn’t happen and I had a supervisor called from customer service to tell me that there is NO medical history or medical record of my dog being seen so now I had to send them copies of receipt, pic of rabies Id tag and I’m still waiting for records and rabies certificate. I was planning on taking her back in a few weeks and getting the $215 package because the vet tech and vet there were absolutely amazing with my pup who was terrified as well as I had no wait at all including great price for the rabies vaccine but it’s not worth the headache and aggravation trying to track down my dogs records and certificate!
