I was surprised at how expensive this clinic had become since I last visited.

Brought my dog for her rabies vaccine was told I’d have it emailed the same day which didn’t happen and I had a supervisor called from customer service to tell me that there is NO medical history or medical record of my dog being seen so now I had to send them copies of receipt, pic of rabies Id tag and I’m still waiting for records and rabies certificate. I was planning on taking her back in a few weeks and getting the $215 package because the vet tech and vet there were absolutely amazing with my pup who was terrified as well as I had no wait at all including great price for the rabies vaccine but it’s not worth the headache and aggravation trying to track down my dogs records and certificate!
