- MMMarcia MarciaDec 22, 20251.0Awful customer service at this location. l attempted to do a walk-in around 2:30 PM to have my puppy-who is under 3 months old - get his nails trimmed and eyes cleaned. It took me 1 hour and 30 minutes on the train to arrive before 3 PM, traveling with my 2-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son, only to have my time completely wasted. If walk-ins are accepted before 3 PM, customers should not be turned away upon arrival. The customer service I received when I walked in was extremely poor and unwelcoming from the groomer on duty. (Black lady) Unfortunately, I do not remember her name. This is by far the worst experience l've had at a Petco. I've never had any issues before, which makes this even more disappointing.
