  My dog is a sweet pup and typically is full of anxiety when she's being seen at the vet. This was an emergency visit and the staff at Vetco were so welcoming, and it was the first time my dog wasn't anxious at the vet. They were spoke to her very sweetly and were very patience with her. I will be coming back here every time. I don't care about the hour drive to get here, especially because I'm so happy seeing my pup feel safe and cared for.

  I posted a pretty HARSH review not long ago on Google and yelp about Vetco. I was told two different things in one day, that were contradictory and potentially expensive Earlier today, I had asked to have my dog boogies records sent to me so that I could look for a new vet Not an hour ago goes by before I am reached out to buy the practice manager, Serena. She was the person I spoke to this morning, And she was able to clear up and apologize for the confusion. When any business behaves in this way, and I mean by rectifying a mistake within a short amount of time, I will be the first to congratulate them. The truth is, I was pissed when I got information that I didn’t want to hear, and that would potentially cost me a significant amount of money However, when someone takes the time to have a difficult conversation, Admits Responsibility, and apologizes for the confusion….well that is the kind of place you want to do business with. That is a Business that fosters trust. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING ANY OF YOUR BELOVED PETS HERE 😊

  They took really good care of my anxious dog and cat. I was very happy with this location, they listened to my concerns and ideas to keep my dog calm.

  The vets here are amazing 👏, particularly Dr. Caso. Recently she noticed Luki's back molars were dark at the bottom. Luki wasn't in pain but I'd be lying if I said the look of them didn't concern me. I brush his teeth morning and night. Even though his tartar was very low, his breed is known to have issues with teeth...good dental hygiene or not. Made an appointment and dropped him off yesterday for xrays. Come to find out he had a developing absess and a chipped back tooth. The vet team removed the two affected teeth. I would never known his back molars were 'going' if Dr. Caso hadn't been so observant about the darker shading near the gum line. My husband and I are just so thankful for this location. I cannot stress enough how the whole group there works in harmony together and is so efficient in their work. Again, ty to the whole team! Luki, Brent, and Kelly

  My cat went blind and I took her to vetco. They gave me a prescription cream to put on her ears, less than a month my cat was dead. So if love your pets don't bring them to vetco. I learned the hard way I hope they close down.
