    Josh is an A+ employee. I bought my Betta fish, Herschel, with Josh’s help. I’ve been back to upgrade my tank, but more plants, and ask questions. I even showed Josh pictures of Herschel, and Josh genuinely wanted to see them. He told me how happy and healthy Herschel looks. I think that Josh is an A+ employee because he clearly cares for all animals, even tiny Betta fish. Herschel might be just a fish to some people, not important. He is important to me and PetCo Plymouth knows that. They are personable and the card is great. PetCo Plymouth, thank you for bringing Herschel into my life.

    Went in to pick up my order that they cancelled in the middle of my work day, I got there an hour or so after it was canceled (my fault, since I took too long (she made sure to let me know) but the app showed it before I went there from work so that’s wild and they already didn’t have my items when I arrived. And the three employees around me were no help. So I leave the store and I call Petco customer service about my online order, the guy says he placed it again for me and I should get a confirmation in 5-10 minutes so we hang up, I go home and go about my evening, never got a confirmation but when I would call the automated message said it was processing. Okay. I wait two days, I call Petco again they said the order was never placed again… Okay cool? The second lady I talked to actually placed the order with me, I’m now more than an hour deep with customer service and this is horrible. Okay so my order got cancelled AGAIN. I now have 2 charges on my card and have to call back a 3rd time like what’s up. They apologize and charge me again - another hour and 15 minutes of my life gone. I ask for a supervisor and I’m not guaranteed to talk to one even when I am waiting on the line. Lol. 3 charges now. Okay I wake up today on Saturday, to another CANCELLED order and no call back from a supervisor - shocking. So I call again and spend another hour trying to figure out what’s up and why I’m getting charged if they don’t have the item when she literally CALLED THE STORE to verify the availability before placing the order - another lol. The “supervisor” couldn’t help me either. Pathetic. They are so backwards and don’t even know what their inventory is. I was getting 3 items total, 2 different items. And I finally hung up on customer service when she was like I can offer you a $10 reward. Excuse me. You just wasted three hours of my time and now you’re telling me you can’t even ship me my items. I don’t want your $10. I will never shop here again. You should be ASHAMED. You are a massive company. The fact I’ve been charged like $200 and spend hours on the phone this week to HOPEFULLY get 2/3 of my order sent out is sickening. Never going back to Petco. The smaller pet shops may be little more expensive but at least they care for their fish and animals and they WANT to help you be happy. Support small, the big companies don’t care about us or the creatures they keep waiting for their forever home
