Never returned my calls or texts related to my dogs health (I had to call the store back several times throughout the day and never heard from anyone on the team or her. Doesn't provide a list of alternatives for medications/supplements and instead only discusses products in store. (I had no idea could buy anti microbial, medicated pet wipes on Amazon. She only discussed a small container in store worth 40 dollars and made it seem like it was a prescription. Crazy). Never refilled my dogs prescription and instead wanted me to spend money to have money dog seen again for nothing. Ridiculous. Not helpful, condescending, not flexible with pet owners about what fits within their budget, not communicative. WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE. If I could do NEGATIVE ten stars I would.
