    I brought my dog in for a bath and was told I would have to pay extra because of her breed she couldn't go into a kennel which I was fine with. It was her first time going into get a shed treatment. When I went to pick her up they said they couldn't have her come in anymore because she wouldn't go into a kennel. Then Said they could complete the service and sent her home WET when it was below 20 outside. Still charged me over $70 for the bath and then when I got home I noticed she wasn't even wash correctly. She still has dirt all on the under side of her stomach. Which if the washed her like they said she wouldn't have a dirty stomach especially since there is no dirt outside for her to get dirty in when the ground is covered in snow. She is a big dog breed but is a therapy dog and super nice. I feel like the didn't want to do their job and just get her out. she was in the grooming salon for a little over an hour before I received a call saying she was done. She is a tibetan mastiff. She has lots of hair and is a huge dog and they didn't want to deal with her. I will never go back. I was even kind enough to tip. it wouldn't be a big problem if I wasn't a groomer before and know how a dog is supposed to be treated when they come in and my dog didn't get treated well.

    John was super helpful in getting my free dog food coupon. However, getting it loaded to my account is a challenge. Why can't it be as easy as loading the 5$ coupons. Free food coupons should be LOADED automatically, not the redeem/ shop now- nonsense. 2 stars due to free food coupon. John gets 5 stars.

    The past two times I’ve been here I was made to feel like an idiot by staff who think that they know everything. Just a little heads up, if someone comes in asking for help getting out feeder crickets don’t ask “well what are you feeding” obviously it’s for my goldfish. Some people need to be in and out and all this “knowledge and experience” the manager and workers feel the need to give when NOT ASKED makes me never want to step foot back in the store. Im sure we can all agree that any experienced keeper wouldn’t be working for a pet chain. I’ll be going to bensons until they’re all fired. Thank you, next!

    I have generally had good experiences at Petcos but was appalled by how rudely I was recently treated by an employee. The employee wouldn’t let me return an item and told me that “they had recently changed the policy so that no clothing items can be returned if it has been tried on.” to be clear, my dog tried on the jacket for long enough for us to see that it was a defective product. I left all of the tags on. I was also told that if I signed up for a rewards account, I wouldn’t need to keep a receipt because my transactions can be looked up. Then I was told I needed a receipt to do a return even if I have an account and they are able to look up my purchase history. I have been a lifelong customer, spent so much money here. I am also a pet sitter so they lost a great customer. PLEASE RAISE YOUR HIRING STANDARDS PETCO!

    Cashier Jim needs to be fired for poor customer service and aggressive attitude toward customers. We are never coming back to this store again.
