I started a fish tank and though they're knowledgeable their fish are all sick with ick. I didn't know this and brought sick neons home to my fish. Fortunately, Herbtana worked like a charm and cleared it up but then my glowlights had a fungus and I got Pimafix which almost killed my whole tank. I don't recommend buying fish from here.

I went back into the store and noticed that almost all of the fish have been quarantined. When I questioned it was told they were all new fish, But in the same tanks. Was told I should have kept the dead fish.

Every time I go in, the tall cashier with the long brown ponytail always misinforms every customer and this time was my absolute last time shopping there. I received a $10 off coupon for the promo of September (spend $30 get $10 in October) it said in the email that it can be used in store as well. This cashier didn’t know how to use it and instead of calling a manager she tried to act like she gave me a better deal by taking 20% off 2 items that were less than $10 each and said she saved me over $12. I bought Halloween items that were 50% off and that’s actually the $12 off, so I lost out on that $10 because it expired on the 24th, mind you I only received the email about it on the 22nd!! She is absolutely horrible and I have a problem every time with her yet it seems she’s the only one ever working. If it wasn’t for Britt in grooming I’d never go again. But my dog loves Britt, so that’ll be the only reason I go to grooming. I’ll never shop there again, this was it for me.

Jim found my wallet, kept it safe, and even called me to let me know I had left it behind. Thanks Jim! There are good and honest people working at this store and I can tell they care about animals.
