I am sorry but I will be using the other place from now on, you did a wonderful job on Cody but the cost is just too high.

- JOJohn O'Aug 7, 20251.0After almost 20 visits to Petco for grooming, most of them at Pembroke I asked about the free 8th grooming on Petco's website. I havent had one yet and have had enough paid visits to have two. I was told by a Customer servie person that I have to use the phone app and enter each visit into the app. once I have 7 visits in the app the 8th will be free. I have to claim my visits as I get them or they will be lost. I told her I'm 75, do not have the greatest vision for cell phone apps, for that fact I'm not Tech savy. She could see that I've been a customer for 12 years, and have paid for almost 20 bath and grooning appointments, but was not willing to help with my situation. I don't think it should be necessary to jump up and down on one foot while turning around 3 times to get this. It's like hey, we have something free for you, but you have to jump through hoops to get it. what, can't jump through hoops, we win! I love(d) Petco Grooming at Pembroke. the groomer (Sarah) I always used is excellent and my dog is always happy to see her. I don't mind saying that the Customer Service Rep on the website has left me looking for another company / groomer. If this is Petco's position towards loyal customers it's time for me to look elsewhere. OK, I called the number provided by the owner. I'm not sure where the Customer Service Rep is located but there was a very large language barrier problem. She tried to help and I honestly think she thought she did BUT after a considerable length of time on the phone with each of us having to repeate what we said several times all I ended up with was $5.00 credit in the petco app on my phone. so my problem still exists. Isn't there anyone at Petco that can fix this?
