We were told we could order online for pickup, but that was kind of complicated to get the correct items, and I ended up selecting the wrong flavor cat food, so when I got back in line, I couldn't go forward. Luckily, the systems came up just at that time, so we cancelled the online order and did a regular order. All of that probably took around 30 minutes from start to finish. It was frustrating, but I thought your staff did a fabulous job trying to help us.

I brought my dog in for grooming (after making the appt weeks ago), but was turned away and told that Petco corporate policy prohibits grooming pets on Prozac. However, when I called corporate to verify, they confirmed no such policy exists and that it is entirely at the store manager's discretion. The manager chose to lie rather than be upfront. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
