- NSNicole SirignanoAug 5, 20251.0I had an appointment at 1:55 and I arrived at 2:00 AT THE TABLE (in the parking lot before that of course) because the main road was closed on the way to the clinic. The vet was not only gone but they were already packed up and it was clear they started packing up before the appointment. They were gone by 2:05. Cameras can confirm. I replied to their messages saying I was on my way and they said they do not receive those messages and only receive phone calls. 1. There is no notice that if you are not there exactly on time that they will cancel. 2. There is no notice that the messages are "no reply" numbers. 3. They tried to call me and make me come in earlier and said since I didnt answer they weren't sure if i was coming (I checked in to the appointment at abt 1:00PM). 4. The vet left BEFORE everyone else so there was no way the clinical team could help even if they wanted to although they told me I should've came earlier. Horrible customer service. I have upgraded to full Karen and called corporate and will call EVERYDAY until there is retribution for this insanity. Even doctors give their patients 15 minutes to arrive. I realize I was 5 minutes late but I sent a message saying I was going to be late. It was 5 minutes! Not to mention, they were ALREADY packed up and ready to leave. Unacceptable
