- BCBrian Cleary3 days ago2.0I’m done with the grooming service at petco! I brought my dog “cookie” in for a bath and nail cut and buff. I expressed that the nails were my main concern.. The nails look rushed and not buffed at all. The second I got her home my kids were screaming immediately about how sharp her nails were. On top of that I was told it would be about an hour and a half to two hours and they would call me 15 minutes before she was done. I left my number with the paperwork and they called the wrong number and when I came back on my own an hour and a half later they said she was done an hour ago. That would make her appointment 30 minutes. Sounds rushed. Her groomer was “zara” however I reviewed my expectations with another girl. Don’t know if they even spoke about my concerns about her nails. Don’t offer services your employees can’t perform.

My Shitzu Kinsley is liking his new Blue dog food, hoping to see more bounce back coupons in the future. I will also try to remember to use my Petco account for points.. I'm not in frequently enough but I needed to adjust my dog's diet. I usually go to Swampscott but I will return when I need to restock. Thanks Team Danvers!

Retail stores charging for bags only convinces me to shop online where I’m not charged for a box and usually not even charged for shipping! I don’t give 5 stars! It won’t let me choose my own rating which I would give 2 stars. The pros are the staff are courteous & they are open late.
