But petco does offer 7 th bath is free it does take awhile to get to get there though . Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable at my local petco store. And I can always get my dogs food. Where as petsmart discontinued my dogs old food and told me it wasn't but it never was put back on the shelf . But all in all a good place for my pet needs

The manager told me months ago to ask cashier as I enter store that I need assistance to get the litter. And I do this every time and a friendly associate comes with me. The cashier comes or pages another person to help me. I appreciate being appreciated as a customer, and staff have such a nice attitude towards customers.

I'm being told that you have to pay for a 12 month commitment. I tried to cancel because I just don't go to petco often enough. I shops i should have read up on the details myself but my mistake was trusting the employee when she said it was cancel anytime. Big disappointment
- MTMark TheodoreSep 27, 20251.0Don't shop here. My bearded dragon almost died from poisoning because he swallowed a bit of the Calcium sand that was in his tank. I have removed everything from the tank all substrate. And sanitized the tank. There's no warning that this product is toxic if swallowed. Thankfully he survived after three days of intensive rehabilitation. My Kia almost died from Thrive Natural Calcium Sand
