    Ashley a is always very patient with our dog Luna. She always does a great job with the nail/grinch feet trimming. Ashley is always a pleasure to deal with.

    She got a flea bath, picked her up and groommer said she had only 2. Brought her home, place that she was 2 second in before her appointment that was also getting cleaned while she was getting the bath and we also just moved into. I go through her i find 10+ fleas. Called customer service and manager Lisa answered with an attitude and started comparing herself as a dog owner with me because she didn’t wanted to give me a refund. She ended it up giving me a partial refund where she threatened me that if i didn’t showed up by the end of the day she wouldn’t give me one when Petco policy clearly states that u have 30 days to get a refund on any services or item. She ended it up banning my dog from ever getting a bath with Petco because she didn’t liked the fact that i didn’t trust that they used the shampoo or did the services i paid for.
