    She got a flea bath, picked her up and groommer said she had only 2. Brought her home, place that she was 2 second in before her appointment that was also getting cleaned while she was getting the bath and we also just moved into. I go through her i find 10+ fleas. Called customer service and manager Lisa answered with an attitude and started comparing herself as a dog owner with me because she didn’t wanted to give me a refund. She ended it up giving me a partial refund where she threatened me that if i didn’t showed up by the end of the day she wouldn’t give me one when Petco policy clearly states that u have 30 days to get a refund on any services or item. She ended it up banning my dog from ever getting a bath with Petco because she didn’t liked the fact that i didn’t trust that they used the shampoo or did the services i paid for.

    We have been going to the North Dartmouth location for a long time with Iesha who was wonderful but she moved. We tried Kendra for the first time and will never be back. We repeatedly asked that our pups eyelashes not be touched and they were annihilated. Additionally, our wheaten poodle pups look like greyhounds with the hideous cuts provided - essentially they were just shaved completely - no style. One of our pups tried to give her a kiss and she turned her head - that should have been my indicator to leave immediately. Kendra was also incredibly dry with zero personality - maybe she was having a bad day but this is a client facing job. I will learn to groom them myself before I ever go back there.

    My dog was clean and smelled a bit nice. But when I dropped him off, the three groomers that I saw working on the dogs were not smiling and actually seemed kind of miserable to be there. I felt so bad to leave my dog there. When I did pick him up, the person who gave them to me said she was just working there for the day. She was very positive and happy but she also didn't work with my dog. He was extremely stressed and that made me feel bad. I would have given fewer stars but since I didn't exactly see everything, I can't attest to it. Again he was cleaning they did what needed to be done.
