Do not go here. They try to upsell you as much as possible. I took my new puppy there for her vaccines and because she was to small at the time she could only receive 2 out of the 5. They said bring her back in a month or two, I prepaid for all the vaccines. I asked three times because they convinced me to prepay will I have to pay to come get the other vaccines. They said no. Unfortunately I wasn’t there to take her so I sent my friend. They lied and charged my friend a tech fee which is the same amount as a visit. While he was there they try to upsell him more and more. I will never go there again and will also tell all my friends that are looking for a vet to not go. They lost a customer and many more. They are liars plain and simple.
Update: I called cooperate and made a complaint the one above and they made it right on the spot. Alan called me and said he disciplined the staff and gave me my money back or my next visit which I went for the boosters free. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they came up to me with what I owe that day and I just said calmly “please I don’t want to argue, this visit is 100% free” and explained why, unfortunately the communication is not well there, I told the front desk about the visit for the boosters bare free given the circumstances, and then vet still came up to me with her iPad trying to charge me. Still kinda disappointing but I added two stars cause Alan made it right in the end. So thank you Alan.. and hopefullly the staff can communicate better and stop making me feel like you’re about to scam me again. Do better.

I had a 6:00PM appointment I ran about 12 minutes late. It was Friday and the traffic getting to the appointment was horrible. It took almost an hour. When I got there Dr Maroun refused to see me. Instead of having compassion for the long ride in five O'clock traffic, she showed absolutely NO compassion and didn't even bother coming out to at least speak with me. The lady at the front dest went back to her three times asking if Dr Maroun would give me just five minutes, but each time she refused unbending.
I then found out that Dr Maroun was the lead doctor for Vetco at that location. What an example she is making for other doctors there. (Oh my).
Aren't doctors supposed to show compassion? Though I was offered a tech appointment without Dr Maroun, my cat had swallowed a small amount of red onion which the ASPCA Poison Control Line told me could be life threatening. I had Vetco give my Bengal a CBC 2 days after it happened, but I made this appointment because ASPCA Poison Control Line told me the time to detect anemia or damaged red blood cells was after 3 to 5 days. I care about my pet and if I'm not an advocate for him, who will be?
I was shocked the uncaring way I was treated. I expected Dr. Maroun to at least come out and talk with me for a minute. I felt it was darn rude to be so unbending; after all the lady at the front desk honored my plea request 3 different times and went back and asked her to just give my Bengal 5 minutes? Each time Dr Maroun refused.
No one is that busy. Is a customer's time not valuable as well? All I needed was for Dr Maroun to draw blood and tell me if my Bengal; his name is Squeaks, was anemic or had damaged red blood cells. I did not want my Bengal's condition to be gettting worse and not knowing it. Though the tech may have been able to draw blood, I wanted Dr Maroun to read the results. That's mot asking a lot.
Though it was a terrible experience for me; including how tough it was on my Bengal driving so long in traffic in his carrying case, the lady at the Vetco front dest was very kind, caring and compassionate; a good example for Dr. Maroun to follow in the future.
I put 1 star in the review only because this post could not be submitted without me putting something there.
Sincerely, Cliff Tetle
